Welcome to IIMDAI (International Institute of Marketing, Digital & AI). By enrolling in our courses, accessing our website, or participating in our training programs, you (the “Student,” “User,” or “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment.
1. Enrollment and Access
- Agreement: By clicking “Pay Now,” “Enroll,” or signing an invoice, you enter into a binding contract with IIMDAI.
- Account Security: Access to the course portal (LMS), private community groups, and live sessions is for one person only. Sharing, selling, or distributing login credentials will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
- Course Validity: Access to live sessions and recorded content is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., Lifetime Access or 12-Month Access).
2. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
- Nature of Digital Goods: IIMDAI provides immediate access to proprietary digital assets, including recorded modules, AI prompt libraries, strategy frameworks, and live mentorship. Unlike physical goods, digital knowledge cannot be “returned.”
- No Refunds: All payments made to IIMDAI are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no requests for refunds or cancellations will be entertained, regardless of the student’s participation level or external circumstances.
- Installment Commitment: If you have opted for an installment (EMI) plan, you are legally obligated to complete all remaining payments. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of course access and potential legal recovery of the balance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All content provided by IIMDAI—including but not limited to videos, curriculum, scripts, templates, and AI workflows—is the intellectual property of IIMDAI.
- Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal career or business growth. You may not record live sessions, screen-record the LMS, or repurpose our curriculum to start a competing training business.
4. Career and Earnings Disclaimer
- No Guarantees: IIMDAI provides high-level training and industry-standard tools. However, we do not guarantee specific income figures, job placements, or client acquisitions.
- Individual Effort: Your success depends on your execution, existing skillset, and market conditions. Any “prospect earnings” mentioned in marketing materials (e.g., ₹1L/month) are for illustrative purposes and reflect what is possible, not what is promised.
- Third-Party Platforms: We teach skills for platforms like Meta, Google, and Amazon. IIMDAI is not liable for any changes, bans, or policy updates made by these third-party companies that may affect your marketing results.
5. Professional Conduct and Community
- Zero Tolerance: We maintain a high-standard professional community. Any form of harassment, spamming, or “poaching” of other students for competing services within our WhatsApp/Discord/Slack groups will lead to immediate expulsion.
- Live Session Decorum: Students are expected to maintain professional etiquette during live Zoom/Google Meet sessions.
6. Batch Transfers and Rescheduling
- Batch Transfers: If a student cannot attend their original batch due to a medical emergency, a one-time request for a batch transfer may be considered (at the sole discretion of management) if made 7 days prior to the batch start date.
- Schedule Changes: IIMDAI reserves the right to reschedule live classes due to technical emergencies or trainer health. Recordings will always be provided in such cases.
7. Limitation of Liability
Business Risks: IIMDAI is an educational institute. We are not liable for any financial losses you may incur while running ads, managing clients, or implementing strategies taught in the course. All business decisions made by the student are at their own risk.
8. Data Privacy
Your enrollment data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to receive course updates and marketing communications via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
